Such a fun time every year. I really have Scottish/Irish roots, so this is not a stretch for me. Somehow we only eat it corned beef once a year, so I decided to have it for dinner and breakfast this time around!
Straight up slow cooked corned beef and potatoes for dinner. With a cold Guinness, of course!
