Pulverized Buffalo Chicken Wing Pretzel Thins
Pound out some boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
Bread them with flour, egg wash, and then the pretzel crust.
Pan fry until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels and season with salt as soon as they come off the pan.
Serve on a soft kaiser roll with fresh lettuce and tomatoes.
Dollop some blue cheese dressing and/or more wing sauce on it if you like.

I was hungry one day and found these items:
Buffalo Wing Sauce
I pan seared the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and a little wing sauce.
I fired up the broiler and melted swiss on top.
I popped that on a hamburger bun and slathered with more wing sauce.
Mmm, mmm! Easy and satisfying snack or make a bunch with a side dish or salad for a complete meal.
