Pork, cherries, and rose wine… a perfect summer trio!

Pork Chops

Dry Rub pork chops with: salt, pepper, cumin, corriander, brown sugar, paprika, oregano, onion powder, and garlic powder.  Refrigerate for 24 hours.  Grill.

Cherry Ricotta Spread

Mix ricotta with chopped fresh cherries, slivered almonds, salt, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, and fresh thyme.  Spread on grainy bread.

Finishing Touches

In-season cherries and rose wine.
