April in our house is a huge celebration month. Three of the four girls’ birthdays and my wife and my anniversary all occur between April 6 and 18! Needless to say, there is lots of food to prepare.
This year I made huge pans of mac-n-cheese and baked chicken. My mom helped by providing a large green salad. The girls and I worked together on a huge pan of tiramisu. One specialty item was pork loin roast wrapped in prosciutto.
