Super Bowl 50

Really happy for Peyton Manning going out on top!  I’m sure Cam Newton and the Panthers will be tough for many years to come.

Our “Big Game” feast included Artichokes French, Ella’s famous guacamole, and Ella designed our glasses to look like footballs.

There’s nothing like Buffalo Wings, but I wanted to try a spin on it, so I made Chicken Wing Egg Rolls.  Here’s the recipe:

Step 1:  Saute chicken and celery.  Toss in Buffalo Wing sauce.  Set aside to cool.

Step 2:  Whip up an egg to brush across the egg rolls before baking.

Step 3:  Place your chicken and blue cheese in the egg roll wrapper.  Wrap up (pinch in the sides) and use a little egg wash like glue to keep it together.

Step 4:  Place onto a baking sheet.  Brush the tops with the egg wash.  Bake at 425 for about 12 minutes (until golden brown).
