There’s nothing like Buffalo Wings, but I wanted to try a spin on it, so I made Chicken Wing Egg Rolls. Here’s the recipe:
Step 1: Saute chicken and celery. Toss in Buffalo Wing sauce. Set aside to cool.
Step 2: Whip up an egg to brush across the egg rolls before baking.
Step 3: Place your chicken and blue cheese in the egg roll wrapper. Wrap up (pinch in the sides) and use a little egg wash like glue to keep it together.
Step 4: Place onto a baking sheet. Brush the tops with the egg wash. Bake at 425 for about 12 minutes (until golden brown).
