Awesome breakfast, but this could even be served as a dessert!
Set your oven to 200 so you can keep your French Toast warm as you make more batches.
Make your basic French Toast custard (eggs, cream, vanilla, cinnamon)
Then make some connoli filling by stirring together:
- Vanilla Extract
- Plain Greek Yogurt (if you want a little tang)
- Powdered Sugar (if you want it sweeter)
- Shave some chocolate in the filling and/or drop some chocolate chips on top
Dollop the connoli cream on top and garnish with a sprig of mint. Mmmm!
