Delicious meal with the salty meatiness of the pork playing against the sweet and slightly tart grilled peach.
Dry Rub the Pork (salt, pepper, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, ground mustard, cumin, corriander, and smoked paprika). Marinate for 8 to 24 hours. Grill to desired doneness.
Half fresh peaches and scoop out the pit. Drizzle with EVOO, salt, and pepper. Grill both sides.
Serve with your favorite starch or side. I went with sticky rice.
