Fries, Gravy, and Cheese Curds, Topped with a Cheeseburger.  Yeah; crazy good.

Fries: I took a shortcut on the fries and used frozen pre-cut (Ore-Ida Golden Crinkles).  Spray them with cooking spray and season with salt and garlic powder.  Bake for at least 45 minutes at 425 degrees.  You can certainly go all out and cut and deep fry to make the fries from scratch.

Burgers: Any type of burger you like goes here.  I mix a pound of ground turkey and a pound of ground beef.  Form them into patties and season liberally (salt, pepper, garlic powder, ground corriander, cumin, smoked paprika, and onion powder).  Grill or pan fry in a cast iron pan.  Top with cheese (I used provolone).

Burgers

Gravy: This is where you do not want to take a shortcut and just buy a jar of gravy.  Make a roux (1/2 cup of flour and 1/2 stick of butter) and whisk until combined, slowly add your chicken stock, season with salt and pepper to taste.  Simmer over medium-low heat until it reaches desired consistency.

Plate/Garnish: Fries on bottom, Top with gravy, Add handful of cheese curds, garnish with minced sage, pop the burger on top, and hit it all with a little more gravy.
