3 Fresh Mangoes, peeled then cut in half
Toss in a little Canola oil and throw onto the grill to desired char.

Add diced red bell pepper, fresh cilantro, the juice and zest of one lime, salt, rice wine vinegar, and EVOO.
Sweet, tangy, and just a slight smoky taste from the grilled mango.
