Egg Roll Wrappers
One egg – scramble in a ramekin
Whatever leftovers you have from Thanksgiving (I used turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, cranberry relish, and a little gravy)
Heat up all the leftovers in a saute pan.
Wrap the leftovers in an egg roll wrapper.
Put a little egg wash on the end of the wrapper to create a seal.
Shallow pan fry them (or deep fry) in some canola oil. Turn so all sides get crispy, brown, and delicious.
Make up a dipping sauce if you like. Serve them up with a classic holiday movie!
