Angel Wings

Angel Wings (recipe courtesy of my friend Debra) – they’re a healthier option since they are slow baked
2 dozen chicken wings, split (fresh or thawed out frozen)

Marinate overnight in:
5 ounces soy sauce
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
5 ounces pineapple juice
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp pepper

Line baking sheet with foil (for easy clean up).
Place wings side-by-side, filling up pan.
Pour a little more of the excess sauce over the wings to baste.
Bake uncovered @ 275 for 3 hours.

Serve with blue cheese, celery, carrots. Yummy! Enjoy!
