NY Strip Steaks, Grilled Asparagus, Baked Potatoes, and Sangria!
Four Hours Out (Sangria):
Wash and cut up whatever fruits you have.
I used an orange, lime, apple, pear, strawberries, and blueberries.
Drop the fruits into a pitcher. Mix in one bottle of red wine and a quarter cup of brandy.
Pop in the fridge until later.
Serve it with a splash of Sprite.
One Hour Out (Baked Potatoes):
Oven to 350.
Poke potatoes with a fork, top with salt, pepper, olive oil, and a fresh rosemary sprig.
Wrap each potato in aluminum foil and put them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 60 minutes or until fork tender.
20 Minutes Out (Steaks):
Dry Rub with Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder
Top with a fresh rosemary sprig and EVOO before hitting the grill.
Grill 5-7 minutes per side.
Let steaks rest before devouring them.
