Cannelini Scape “Hummus”

one 15 oz. can cannelini beans, drained and rinsed
2 to 3 garlic scapes, minced
1/4 cup parmesan
juice of one lemon
2 tbsp. EVOO
little salt and pepper

Pulse everything in a food processor until Hummus consistency. Serve on pita, bread, crackers, chips, whatever you like!
